We are very sad to hear about the passing of Patience Thomson, a great friend of Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity and a champion of people with dyslexia for her entire career.
Thursday 19 November 2020 from 7 to 8.30 pm. Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity is pleased to announce a short online course for education professionals in Thinking Skills hosted by Dr Amelia Roberts from UCL.
No Label: Invisible State, is an independent online art project run by artist and textile designer, Victoria Chikovani. The project celebrates the creativity and imagination of dyslexic people.
Our unique course starts in January 2021 and is now open for applications.
From 26th to 29th October 2020. Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity is delighted to offer Personalised Learning sessions to help dyslexic students in Key Stages 1 – 4 consolidate their literacy skills.
Next course begins 9 October 2020 for this very practical six session course for teaching assistants or anyone supporting learners with dyslexia or specific learning difficulties. Online with live or recorded options.
