Target 1 - Listening and Understanding in Secondary Schools

Speech and language difficulties have many causes. While some children are diagnosed with specific disorders and have Individual Educational Plans to address their needs, others remain undiagnosed and consequently fail to thrive either academically or socially. 

In this book, we focus on the difficulties relating to the recognition and management of listening and understanding (language input) in the classroom and offer practical guidelines on how to help.
