So, how can we help?

Here at Helen Arkell we want to help dyslexics find their strengths and use these to support them in everything they do whether at home, in school, at college or university.

We know that finding strategies that work and simplify tasks is the best way to empower and encourage dyslexics and from there, confidence grows and that ‘wish list’ of goals becomes more achievable.

We can help with even the most challenging of times.  And performing in exams is perhaps one of the hardest things pupils and students with dyslexia face whilst in education.

Our team of experts have years of experience and know just the way to start making life and learning just a little easier.

We offer Specialist Tuition for pupils and students up to the age of 18.

We run Personalised Learning sessions through the school holidays, supporting pupils with dyslexia through their first years in school, on into secondary school and the new challenges that need to be met.

And we don’t stop there.  We have strategies to make GCSEs, A Levels and moving on to University all manageable. Find out about Reasonable Adjustments and DSA if you are going to University.

You can learn other skills with us too.  Would touch-typing be an easier way to work?  Then come to one of our Touch Typing Courses and learn how to type at speed!
