Jane Miller



Jane Miller. B.Sc. (Hons); Ph.D. (Biology) PGCE. AMBDA FE/HE. APC (PATOSS)

Jane specialises in assessing adults in further and higher education, (aged 16+), as well as within the workplace. She has assessed individuals ranging from 16-63 years old. Jane also provides 1:1 support for dyslexic students studying at sixth form and within further and higher education, as well as delivering workplace skills training/coaching for dyslexic adults.

Jane enjoys delivering dyslexia awareness training both at universities and in the workplace. She favours a social model of dyslexia where individual strengths are developed to support underlying difficulties.

Jane is an associate member of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA FE/HE); a member of the Association of Dyslexia Specialists in Higher Education (ADSHE) and a member of PATOSS. She has a current PATOSS assessment practising certificate and attends regular CPD events in London, as well as belonging to the local PATOSS group in Southampton. Jane carries out full diagnostic assessments for Helen Arkell at the new Salisbury hub, in a beautiful location overlooking Salisbury Cathedral.
