Rachael is passionate about helping students develop their independence as learners and boosting their self-confidence as they move on to the next stage of their education. Rachael is our Oxford Hub Coordinator and has taken on the new role of Head of Dyslexia Support. She is a qualified specialist teacher and assessor, and spent 10 years as Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) in a specialist school for students with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties.
