The aim of a full diagnostic assessment is to provide the person being assessed with a greater understanding of how they learn or work best, by increasing their awareness of their personal strengths, which can be used to support areas of challenge.  As part of this process, we assess the person’s underlying ability to identify the various qualities she or he may have in terms of using knowledge and applying problem-solving skills.
