Our assessment service in Oxford is now open in line with the latest guidance on social distancing.
Knowing whether your child has dyslexia or not will help you to understand their needs and to work in partnership with their school to support their learning. An assessment report will outline the areas your child finds difficult and where their strengths lie. It will give detailed recommendations for help at home and at school to harness their strengths and support their difficulties.
''The assessment has made the world of difference. I now have a different son! He's happier, more confident. He realises he's not alone and he's not stupid. It's helped with family life and it's given the teachers the facts they need to know to help him in his education. I wish I had got him tested sooner. I can't thank you enough.''
Rachael McMullen, a specialist teacher and assessor, is professionally qualified to assess, report, and diagnose dyslexia. We also work with affiliated Educational Psychologists on a regular basis.
Assessments take place at Prama House, 267 Banbury Road, Summertown, Oxford, OX2 7HT.
